Step 5: Prepare the parts as listed in the diagram below.
Attach the handlebar (No. 03) onto the column using the flat washers (No.84 & No.85), one
M8*20L screw (No.83) and Allen key (No.87).
Once the seat is secure, fix the Handlebar cover (No.72) on column.
