Setting the Hold Time to less than the wireless update rate will result
in unexpected results.
Latching feature only available with software revision 4 or newer.
The default settings for each measurement option is found in
6-5. Latching mode cannot be configured with measurement option
61 for hydrocarbon leak detection.

Measurement option
Once the Rosemount 702 recognizes that the input signal has
transitioned, the reported state reports the latched value. As soon
as the reported state is no longer latched, the device is prepared for
the next event.
