Use the following procedure in order to access the cardholder
compartment.
1. Place the terminal face down on a soft and clean surface to protect
the lens from scratches.
2. Slide the compartment lock to the right and lift the compartment
cover.
3. Remove the battery and place in a secure location.
Apart from using the pull tab to remove the battery from the
compartment, you can also use the recessed areas on the lower portion
of the battery to leverage the battery out.
4. The MSAM, SD and SIM cardholders are now accessible.
