Make sure to screw adjustment (adjusting) nut onto clutch bearing
until one line of the thread is visible.

4.2. Torque Adjustment

For an external torque adjustment use the following steps:
1.
Disconnect the screwdriver from the air supply.
2.
Unscrew the cylinder head screw 800486 from the guide bolt. Turn and
pull out the reduction gear carefully, until a slot on its housing and a slot
on the motor housing of the screwdriver becomes visible.
3.
Push the supplied hand screwdriver 326240 through the slot on the mo-
tor housing into the half-round bore of the lock ring (if necessary, turn bit
by hand).
4.
By turning the hand screwdriver clockwise (-), the torque is reduced and
by turning it counter-clockwise (+), the torque is increased.
5.
Re-assemble the reduction gear onto the screwdriver and tighten it by
means of the cylinder head screw onto the guide bolt.
