May lead to serious injuries or even death, if unobserved! Properly recycle environmentally damaging grease, cooling agents or detergents.

Maintenance and repair on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment may only be performed by specially trained personnel!     These Spindles assemble screws to torque and measure that torque more accurately than any subsequent testing method. They tighten and test the assembly in one operation. DEPRAG SENSOMAT-ULTRA screwdrivers are mostly used for thread- ridging, thread-cutting or self-drilling through bolts.

  • Page 10 OUR RECOMMENDATION: The preferred lubricating method for the screwdriver spindles mounted in fixtures, brackets, machines, etc., each in connection with a controller, is method b) with Point-of-Use Oiler. • Check pressure at directly on the machine.     The necessary torque adjustment can be tested, using a DEPRAG Torque Wrench or Dynomameter (see DEPRAG catalogs D3020 and D 3022). This equipment can also be used to re-adjust the torque of the Screwdriver Spindle.

    4.2. Torque Adjustment Setting the shut off-torque For setting the shut off-torque you have to unlock the shut off- clutch. Therefore push the sensor finder by the hand to the clutch and hold it. For a simpler setting you can use the adjustment bushing 461319 (Optional Equipment).

    4.5. Change of Bits Attention: Disconnect driver from air supply. To get a reliable bit-location the screwdriver has a quick-change-chuck in standard. Disconnect driver from air supply. Unscrew spring sleeve (left-hand thread). Pull both shank screws 828756 to the back and put out the bit. Push in the new bit into the hex.
