Cause
– Sensor not correctly connected
– Load at a power supply module
too high
– IQ S N cable towards the
ENSOR ET
CarboVis 70x IQ TS too long
(voltage drop too great)
– Electrical connection between
power supply module and
CarboVis 70x IQ TS is interrupted
Remedy
– Check the assignment of the termi-
nal connections
– Install another power supply module
in the vicinity of the sensor
– Install another power supply module
in the vicinity of the sensor
– Check the cable connection step-
by-step starting with the power sup-
ply module, and replace any defec-
tive cable sections.
– Check the contacts on the MIQ
modules (stack mounting). Clean
any dirty contacts. Carefully bend
back contact springs that have been
pressed flat or bent (pay attention to
sufficient spring tension)
