Obtaining Repair Service (Worldwide)
To obtain service for your instrument (in-warranty, under service contract, or
post-warranty), contact your nearest Keysight Technologies Service Center. They
will arrange to have your unit repaired or replaced, and can provide warranty or
repair-cost information where applicable.

Repackaging for Shipment

If the unit is to be shipped to Keysight for service or repair, be sure to:
– Remove all accessories or plug-in modules from the mainframe.
– Attach a tag to the unit identifying the owner and indicating the required
