Brace Removal Instructions
1. Remove the shipping brace from the open end of the
appliance as highlighted in Figure 2. The brace is
retained with four sheet metal screws. All shipping
braces can be discarded after removal.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT remove any other temporary
braces at this time.

NAILING FLANGES
The Pier fireplace has a quantity of four (4) nailing
flanges that are secured with two (2) screws each on the
back of the fireplace.
