Symptom
SITRANS SCM IQ is not working anymore. SitransMS Connector has been deleted
You can not establish a connection be‐
tween SITRANS CC220 and SITRANS SCM
IQ (Onboarding).
You did not receive data from SITRANS
MS200 within 15 minutes after onboard‐
ing.
You can not see SITRANS SCM IQ or SI‐
TRANS Anomaly IQ on your Insights Hub
Launchpad.

Cause of error
from Insights Hub Agent.
SITRANS CC220 might still be in a con‐
nection process to another system.
The "ConBox_Commands.json
(Page 66)" might still be stored on the
USB stick.
PIN was changed before onboarding.
SITRANS SCM IQ or SITRANS Anomaly IQ
user roles is not assigned to your Insights
Hub user yet.
Remedy
1. Open SITRANS SCM IQ.
⇒ An installation request for the
missing Insights Hub Agent Si‐
transMS Connector opens.
2. Install SitransMS Connector again.
3. After the installation is done, navi‐
gate to the devices in SI‐
TRANS SCM IQ.
4. Edit and save all existing devices to
re-establish the data point mapping
which was lost after deleting Si‐
transMS Connector.
Cancel the connection of SI‐
TRANS CC220 to the other system (Off‐
boaring) (Page 62)
Remove the "ConBox_Commands.json"
file from the USB stick.
Perform factory reset on SITRANS
MS200.
Editing user role assignment in Insights
Hub (Page 46)
