Machine Operation

STABILITY

Machine stability is based on two (2) conditions which are called FORWARD and
BACKWARD stability. The machine's position of least FORWARD stability is shown in (See
Figure — Position of Least Forward
is shown in (See
Figure — Position of Least Backward
To avoid forward or backward tipping, do not overload machine or operate the
machine beyond the limit of the maximum operating slope.
1. Turntable rotated 90° from the stowed position.
2. Tower boom fully lowered to fully raised.
3. Main boom fully extended.
4. Machine will tip over in the direction if overloaded or operated beyond the limits of the maximum operat-
ing slope.
