ATTENTION!
The chain saw must be disconnected from the

ATTENTION!
Always wear protective gloves when installing
and inspecting the chain to prevent injury from the
sharp cutting edges on the chain.
The safety brake lever (fi g. 1 point 5) must be
disengaged (pull it towards the top handle)
Loosen the sprocket cover fastening knob
(fi g. 1, point 7) and remove the sprocket cover

(fi g. 2, point 2) and place the chain into the guiding
groove.
ATTENTION!
Make sure that the chain is installed correctly; the
direction must correspond to the arrow markings
on the chain and guide bar.
Put on the sprocket cover and fasten it using the
sprocket cover fastening knob (fi g. 3)
Do not fully tighten the knob, it would not be possible
to tension the chain
Tension the chain using the tensioning wheel
(fi g. 3, point 1).
For tensioning it is necessary to hold down the
sprocket cover fastening knob (see fi g. 5)
ATTENTION!
The chain is correctly tensioned if it is possible
to lift chain off the guide bar and its height in the
