1 Machine makes noise when paper print out
1) Machine makes noise when paper print out

Symptom : Machine makes noise when paper print out
•
Cause :
-
Lack of grease in gear-train
-
Old type gear is assembled.
•
Troubleshooting
1) Enter the service mode.
2) Execute the fuser motor test.
(Service Mode > Diagnostics > Engine Diagnostics > Engine Test Routines > Fuser Motor Forward)
3) Remove the fuser unit. And execute the fuser motor test again.
4) If the machine still makes noise, replace the "DRIVE-FUSER EXIT" Assy.
5) If not, replace the fuser unit.
