6. Remove tray fastener by removing 1 phillips head screw as shown below,
6. Remove tray fastener, slide out IFC tray and disconnect the pilot wires
slide out IFC tray and disconnect the pilot wires marked X2 & X3 on
and motor wire.

Warning: Ensure wires are tucked back
into place and not touching the firebox
base after servicing.
Wires must be secured by gray clips
when reinstalling.
7. Disconnect the incoming gas ex line from the ball valve. Slide the pilot wires through the grommet to remove.

8. Remove the remaining 12 screws and lift the valve tray out.

9. Remove the 2 screws from each side of the valve and disconnect pilot gas line to remove valve.

gas line to remove valve.
10. Reverse steps 9-1 to replace with new gas valve assembly.
