WHEEL HUB DUST SEALS
Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the wheel hub dust
seals.
For USA
99000-25030: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
For the other countries
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
Install the wheel hub dust seals using the special tool.
09913-70210: Bearing installer set
BRAKE DISC
Make sure that the brake disc is clean and free of any grease.
Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER "1360" to the brake disc mount-
ing bolts, and then tighten them to the specified torque.
99000-32130: THREAD LOCK SUPER "1360"
Brake disc mounting bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)
REAR SPROCKET
Tighten the rear sprocket nuts to the specified torque.
Rear sprocket nut: 30 N·m (3.0 kgf-m, 21.5 lb-ft)
NOTE:
The stamped mark A on the rear sprocket should face to the
outside.
SPACERS
Install the spacers.
After installing the right and left spacers, make sure
that the dust seals lips are properly positioned.
