Målpuls-program(P12)
Target pulse programparameters
Usage (+)(-) followed by ENTER to select TARGET H.R. TIME will now flash on the screen. Adjust
the desired training time by (+)(-). Press ENTER to save and move on to the next parameter. After
adjusting all the desired parameters,press START/STOP to start the training session.
NOTE: If the actual heart rate is below or above (± 1) of the target heart rate, the computer
will automatically change the resistance to bring the heart rate closer to the target
value The computer will check the heart rate at 20 seconds apart. As soon as one of
the parameters reaches zero, the computer will sound indict and the program will
exit. Press START if you want to continue to the next unfinished parameter.
Målpuls-Program(P13-P15)
The three target pulse programs use the following formula to determine target heart rate:
P13- 60% TARGET HEART RATE= 60% off (220 – age)
P14- 75% TARGET HEART RATE = 75% of (220 – age)
P15- 85% TARGET HEART RATE = 85% off (220 – age)

now flash on the screen. Adjust the desired training time by (+)(-). Press ENTER to save and move
on to the next parameter. After adjusting all the desired parameters,press START/STOP to start
the training session.

User applicationparameters
Usage (+)(-) followed by ENTER to select the user application. TIME will now flash on the screen.
Adjust the desired training time by (+)(-). Press ENTER to save and move on to the next parameter.
Once you have adjusted all the desired parameters, LEVEL 1 will flash. Use (+)(-) to adjust
resistance, and press ENTER to confirm. Repeat with all ten levels. Then press START/STOP to
start the workout.
