Viewing Local Contact Details; Combining Contacts - Avaya Cloud Office J159 Manual

Before you begin
Ensure that at least one contact is available in the Contacts list.
Procedure
1. Press Contacts.
2. (Optional) To navigate through Main menu, do the following:
a. Scroll to Applications, and press Select.
b. Scroll to Contacts, and press Select.
3. Press the key corresponding to the first letter of the first or last name of the contact on the
dial pad.
Result
The phone displays all the contacts whose first or last name begins with the letter associated with
the pressed key.

Viewing local contact details

Procedure
1. Press Contacts.
2. (Optional) To navigate through Main menu, do the following:
a. Scroll to Applications, and press Select.
b. Scroll to Contacts, and press Select.
3. Scroll to the required Directory, and press Members.
4. Press Details.

Combining contacts

About this task
Use this procedure to merge the phone number of the current contact with the existing local
contact.
Before you begin
Ensure the Contacts list is not empty.
Procedure
1. Press Contacts.
