Screen Frame Assembly Installation
Before Installing the Screen Frame Assembly (Item #1), place (4) Large Tinnerman Clips (Item #6) over the (4) mount
holes on the front of the Screen Frame Assembly. Remove and set aside the top set of hardware, (1) 5/16"-18 x 1"
Carriage Bolt and (1) 5/16"-18 Flange Nuts, securing the Door Rail / Side Support Rail on both sides from the
previous step as well.
Position the Screen Frame Assembly (Item #1) towards the rear aligning the rear (2) mount holes to the mount holes
of the Door Rail and Side Panel on both sides. Secure the Screen Frame Assy relatively loose by using (4) 5/16"-18 x
1" Carriage Bolt (Item #2), (4) 5/16"-18 Flange Nuts (Item #3), (4) 1/4"-20 x 5/8" Carriage Bolts (Item #4) and (4) 1/4"-
20 Flange Nuts (Item #5), refer to Figure A.
