Tilt Base Frame Assembly Installation
To install the Tilt Base Frame Assembly (Item #2), position the Tilt Base Frame Assy between the Chassis Frame
Assembly (Item #1) and use (1) Tilt Rod (Item #3) to mount the Tilt Base Frame Assy. Secure the Tilt Rod by using (1)
3/4" Flat Washer (Item #4) and (1) Cotter Pin (Item #5) on each side of the Tilt Rod. Refer to Figure A below.

Wheel Installation
To install the (2) Wheels (Item #2), lift the Chassis Frame Assy (Item #1) up enough to place and position the (2)
Wheels onto either side of the axle of the Chassis Frame Assy. Secure each Wheel by using (1) 5/8"-11 x 1-1/4"
HHCS (Item #3) and (1) 5/8" Flat Washer (Item #4) per Wheel. Refer to Figure B below.
