Control Wiring

The dASM module on the front of the unit is used to connect the master and slave
control wiring.
Shielded RJ-45 patch cables connect the dASM In and dASM Out connectors of
each unit.
• Remove a section of the outer cable jacket to expose the shield.
• Place the exposed shield section of the cable under the shield clamp.
• Plug the RJ-45 connector into the unit.

Important
All digital and analog control cables must be shielded. Connect the cable
shields to the shield clamp on the unit as shown in the following figure.

Configuring for B12C and B18C Operation

The master and slave Thyro-PX DC power controllers are configured using the
Thyro-Tool Pro software.
Master Configuration
1. Connect to the master unit via USB.
2. Open the unit in the Port Explorer.
