3 INSTALLAZIONE - INSTALLATION
NOTE DI INSTALLAZIONE
• Installare il prodotto all'interno di edifici con temperatura
d'esercizio compresa tra 5° C e 80° C; per l'utilizzo con
temperature inferiori è necessario utilizzare un idoneo fluido
antigelo.
• Evitare aree in prossimità di fonti di calore, vapore, gas
infiammabili e/o esplosivi e aree particolarmente polverose.
• Installare il prodotto in un luogo non soggetto a brina (l'acqua
di condensa deve essere scaricata non gelata, ad una certa
inclinazione, usando un sifone).
• Non installare il prodotto in zone con un alto tasso di umidità
relativa (come il bagno o WC) per evitare che si formi condensa
sulla superficie esterna del cassone.
• Montare la batteria sul condotto dell'aria di immissione
(mandata in ambiente) a valle dell'unità di ventilazione,
rispettando la direzione del flusso dell'aria come indicato.
• Collegare alle connessioni idrauliche filettate 1/2" F della
batteria, una valvola di regolazione, le tubazioni di mandata,
ritorno ed eventuale ramo di bypass.
• Attenzione a non torcere i tubi con filettatura uscenti dalla
batteria.
• Prevedere oppurtuna coibentazione delle tubazioni idrauliche.
• Collegare lo scarico condensa nel caso di batteria alimentata
da acqua fredda.
• Collegare elettricamente la valvola e le sonde di temperatura
per la gestione.
INSTALLATION NOTES
• Install the product inside buildings with an operating temperature
between 5° C and 80° C; for use at lower temperatures, use suitable
antifreeze fluid.
• Avoid areas near sources of heat, steam, flammable and/or
explosive gases and particularly dusty areas.
• Install the product in a frost-free location (condensation water
must be drained off unfrozen, at a certain angle, using a siphon).
• Do not install the product in areas with a high relative humidity
(such as a bathroom or toilet) in order to prevent condensation
from forming on the outer surface of the box.
• Install the coil on the supply air duct (room air supply)
downstream of the ventilation unit, observing the direction of
air flow as indicated.
• Connect the 1/2" F threaded hydraulic connections of the coil,
a regulating valve, the supply and return pipes and any bypass
branch.
• Take care not to twist the threaded pipes coming out of the coil.
• Ensure that the hydraulic pipes are suitably insulated.
• Connect the condensate drain in the case of a coil supplied with
cold water.
• Electrically connect the valve and temperature probes for
management.
