Disconnect the USB cable of the UM-1.

Delete the driver settings files.
6-1. Click "Start"
6-2. In "Advanced settings," uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types"
and check "Show all files" in "Hidden files." Then click [OK].
6-3. Click "Start"
in the "\Windows\Inf" folder, select that, then right-click and choose
"Delete" from the menu that appears.
6-4. If "RolandRdif0009.inf" is in the "\Windows\Inf\Other" folder, select that,
then right-click and choose "Delete" from the menu that appears.
6-5. Select "Rdin0009.ini" in the "\Windows" folder, then right-click and choose
"Delete" from the menu that appears.
6-6. In the "\Windows\System" folder, successively "Rddp0009.dat,"
"Rddv0009.drv," "Rdvx0009.vxd," and "Rdwm0009.sys," and for each file,
right-click and choose "Delete" from the menu that appears.
7.
Re-start Windows.
