The OMS Driver Search dialog box will appear. Click [Search].

When the search has been completed, make sure that the OMS Driver Setup dialog box lists
the Roland UM-1, and click [OK].

A dialog box will appear, allowing you to save the settings in a file. Input the desired
filename, and click [Save].

The Studio Setup windows will open. Change the device name to "Port 1" for the MIDI
device connected to the UM-1. Click the device name, and you will be able to change it.
* Device icons shown in the dialog may be different depending on your setup.
10.
Connect a sound module to the TO MIDI IN cable of the UM-1, select "Test Studio" in the
"Studio" menu, and check it to hear whether sound is produced.
* The following step will cause a relatively loud sound to be produced by the sound module,
so turn down the volume of your sound module before continuing.
