9.1.2.2.2 Audio I/O −> Output −> settings
The first two outputs (Output 1 and Output 2) can be set to analog or MPXAES192.
- Choosing "Analog Line Audio" selects the analog audio outputs, which means the decoding section is used to
decode an IP audio stream.
- Choosing "MPX AES192" selects the digital MPX192 output (AES/EBU), which means the decoding section is used
to decode an IP MPX stream. The MPX signal is delivered to the left channel of the AES192 output.
The last two outputs are the two MPX analog outputs (BNC connectors MPX OUT1 and MPX OUT2).
Naming of the outputs
Click on the name field just above the output type selection field, and enter the new name.
Click on "Apply" to confirm the changes.
9.1.2.2.1 Audio I/O −> Output −> VU meters
This page displays the level of the output signals.
Displayed VU-meters unit is dBFS.
Select "Unlock faders" to change the output gains.
The faders allow adjusting the output digital gain by steps of 0.01 dB.
If the type of the first two channels is "Analog Line Audio", the faders allow adjusting the level value of the analog
output signals for full scale digital samples. Maximum audio output level is +24 dBu.
If the type of the first two channels is "MPX AES192", the faders allow adjusting the digital gain to be applied (from
-15 dBu up to +15 dBu).
For the last two outputs (analog MPX outputs), the faders allow adjusting the level value of the analog MPX output
signals for full scale digital samples. Maximum MPX output level is +15 dBu.
