Place Engine Control switch in Off
position when welder/generator is
not in use to prevent unexpected
starting.
Check that all doors, panels, cov-
ers, and guards are closed and se-
curely in place before starting.
1 Fob Button
2 Communication LED
3 Cranking LED
4 Running LED
Place welder/generator in a location
where remote signal is not blocked dur-
ing operation. If signal is weak, shorten
distance between fob and unit.
If welder/generator is out of range of
the fob, the Communication LED will
blink rapidly after completing the start-
ing or shut off sequence.
Starting Sequence Feedback
Engine Control switch must be in Run
or Run/Idle position for remote starting.
Communication LED will turn off after three
seconds to signal that you can release the
button to start the machine.
If the Cranking LED blinks red and the fob
beeps twice, the transmit was successful
and the startup sequence begins. The alarm
on the welder/generator chimes for up to 10
seconds while cranking.
When the engine starts, the Running LED il-
luminates green for two seconds, and the
fob beeps twice. If the engine does not start
after 20 seconds, the Running LED illumi-
nates red for two seconds and the fob emits
one long beep.
Shut Off Sequence Feedback
When the engine has stopped, the Running
LED illuminates red for two seconds, and the
fob beeps four times.
