OPERATION

7.1 Before use
1 . Unwind the power cord. Place the kettle and base on a dry, flat and stable surface,
resistant to high temperatures .
2 . Fill the kettle with fresh water following instruction in point 7 .2 Opening and closing
the lid, filling the kettle with water and so that the water level is between the MIN
mark and the MAX mark.
3 . Connect the power cord to the mains electricity supply to a grounded socket .
4 . Boil the water in accordance with point 7 .4 . Boiling water
5 . Pour out the water and repeat this step 2 - 4 times .
7.2 Opening and closing the lid, filling the kettle with water
1 . To open the cover, grasp the cover grip and lift it up .
2 . To close the lid, press the lid against the body of the
kettle .
3 . You do not need to remove the lid to fill the kettle
with water . There is a special aperture in the cover
for pouring water (2) . It is enough to place the kettle
under the tap, and the inlet will open by itself under the pressure of flowing water.
Warning! However, if the lid has been removed do not forget to close it after filling
the kettle with water and before switching the kettle on.
Warning! Use only cold, fresh water to fill the kettle.
7.3 Switching on and off
Warning! The housing gets hot.
Do not touch these parts while the device is in operation and immediately after the water
has boiled . Wait for the device to cool down .
Remember to boil clean water 2-4 times before the first use (section 7.1 Before use).
1 . To turn on the device, slide the on / off switch down .
2 . Blue light will illuminate the base of the kettle .
3 . The device automatically turns off when the water got boiled .
4 . To manually turn off, slide the on / off switch upward to its original position .
7.4 Boiling water
1 . Fill the kettle with water following instruction in point 7 .2 Opening and closing
the lid, filling the kettle with water and to the desired level. Do not overfill the kettle
so that there is no risk of splashing or spilling out . The water level indicator will help
you measure the right amount of water . Always make sure that the water level does
not exceed the maximum allowable level. Don't forget to close the lid after filling.
2 . Turn on the device as described in point 7 .3 Switching on and off . When the water
got boiled, the device will turn off automatically .
Warning! Keep the lid closed when boiling water .
