Make certain power is disconnected from the oven before
removing or replacing the HEPA filter.
2. Remove shelf support.
a. Loosen the three screws at the upper and lower corners of the right rear
of the chamber (Figure 16).
b. Pull out the shelf support/duct as a single unit and set it aside.
Loosen three screws to remove the entire inner casing
assembly as a single unit
Loosen ¼ turn using 5/16
inch nut driver
Remove shelves before installing HEPA FILTERS

3. Remove the brass nuts and washers from the rods that are holding the
filter frame in place.
a. Set aside and reuse these nuts to hold the filter in place.
b. Discard the old filter in accordance with your company's disposal
policies.
4. LCC-16 ONLY: Remove remove the filter frame, which will be reinstalled
after filter installation. Remove and discard the conduit spacers from the
rods behind the filter frame.
5. Install new HEPA filter in the oven:
a. For the High-temperature HEPA filter:
i. Place the filter with the triangular gasket set against the oven wall
and the glass braid set against the clamping plate (Figure 17).
