6. Grill Head Installaion
To avoid assembly diiculies, prior to mouning the grill head, remove zip ie holding regulator/connector up under control
panel. This was installed at the factory to protect the regulator hose during shipping and is no longer required. (Take care
when removing the ie not to damage the hose).
Lit grill head and place on assembled cart, lining up holes in top of side cart panels with holes in botom of base. Fasten
from inside using (4) 1/4-20 x 3/8" screws, two per side.
Two people are required for this step.
Correct Assembly
All cylinders 7kg or larger must be placed outside the enclosure (under the right side shelf) on level
ground. The hose assembly must be routed through the knock out hole in the right side panel.

(2) M4 x 8 screws.
