Have
only
qualified
persons
charge batteries.
!
Never place 12V battery on 24V
only setting.

Charge/Weld Switch
Place switch in charge position.

Process Switch
Place switch in position matching voltage
of battery being charged. Weld power is
not available in battery charge mode.

Battery output is not energized until
battery is checked by unit.
.
Charging current automatically stops
when terminal current is below five
amps for five minutes.
Start engine and charge battery for 10
minutes. Check battery voltage. Continue
charging if necessary.

Stop engine when finished charg-
ing. Stand as far from battery as
practical and disconnect charging
cables from unit. Remove charg-
ing cables from battery Negative
(−) cable first.

Always disconnect battery charge
plug before removing clamps.
Clamps may be energized when
unit is in battery charge mode.
!
Have only qualified persons
jump/crank assist batteries.

Charge/Weld Switch
Place switch in charge position.

Process Switch
Place switch in position matching
voltage of battery being crank assist-
ed. Weld power is not available in bat-
tery charge mode.

Battery output is not energized
until battery is checked by unit.
NOTICE − Do not attempt to crank en-
gine for intervals longer than 20 sec-
onds. Output will shut down and will
reset when unit has cooled.

Stop engine when finished
charging. Stand as far from
battery as practical and dis-
connect charging cables from
unit. Remove charging cables
from battery Negative (−) cable
first.
