System Menu Settings

This section explains the functions that can be configured in System Menu. To configure the settings, select the
item in System Menu and select the setting item. For details on each function, see the table below.

Configure settings for printing reports and histories.
This counts the number of pages printed or scanned.
Configures network settings.
Configure settings for the optional Network Interface Kit.
Specify the network interface card to be used for the send function, the
network authentication and connecting to external address book.
This allows you to protect this machine by blocking the interface with
external devices such as USB hosts or optional interfaces.
Set the Bluetooth keyboard.
The Security Level setting is primarily a menu option used by service
personnel for maintenance work. There is no need for customers to
use this menu.
Configure settings for data stored in the optional SSD and machine's memory.
Restart the CPU without turning the power switch off. Use this to deal with
any unstable operation by the machine. (Same as the computer restart.)
You can use the optional applications installed on this machine.
When the trouble occurs on this product, it is possible to explain the
operational procedure and the troubleshooting method through the
internet from our sales office by accessing the operation panel
screen of this product while operating the screen.
Check the machine's system and engine software versions.
Configure settings for FAX Server.
Configures remote operation settings.
Set whether to allow firmware updates.
Configure settings to prevent malware from running and prevent
software tampering.
Display whether the Secure Boot function is available.
Configures settings related to machine management.
