Original safety instructions
These safety instructions give a quick overview of the safety
precautions to be taken in connection with any work on this product.
Observe these safety instructions during handling, installation,
operation, maintenance, service and repair of this product. These
safety instructions are a supplementary document, and all safety
instructions will appear again in the relevant sections of the
installation and operating instructions. Keep these safety
instructions at the installation site for future reference.
General information
Read this document and the online version of the
installation and operating instructions before you install
the product. Installation and operation must comply with
local regulations and accepted codes of good practice.
Handling the product
DANGER
Overhead load
Death or serious personal injury
When lifting the system, do not use the eyebolts of the
motors.
Do not lift the system by the manifolds.
Do not stand on the manifolds.
WARNING

Do not stand under or close to the load that is lifted.
Comply with local regulations.

Before you lift, make sure that the lifting equipment is
capable of lifting this load, which is listed on the
nameplate and on the packaging label.
CAUTION
Overhead load
Minor or moderate personal injury
Use appropriate lifting equipment when placing the
system.
When lifting the product, the lifting point must always be
above the centre of gravity to ensure stability.
Systems with a C-profile base frame have eyebolts for lifting the
system. See the figure below.
Use lifting gear that ensures a vertical lift.
Use a safety strap around one of the pump motors to prevent
the system from tilting.
Do not stand on the manifolds.
If the system is secured with transport straps, do not
remove the straps until the system has been installed.

Installing the product

Use professional installation tools when moving or
lifting the system or the components.
Use safety equipment when mounting the base frame.
Use the supplied wooden beams delivered to support
the system when mounting the vibration dampers.
Installation must be carried out by trained personnel.
