Before contacting your local dealer

Try the following solutions. If the problem still persists, contact your local dealer for
assistance.
The unit does not start.
Cause Battery is not inserted properly or is low.
Solution Check to make sure the battery is inserted correctly.
Remove the battery completely and then insert it back into the unit again, or charge the
battery.

Buttons or switches do not respond.
Cause The Hold function to prevent accidentally pressing a button is turned on.
Solution Turn off the Hold function.

Cause The unit is still connected to your PC with the microUSB connection cable.
Solution Disconnect the unit from your PC.

Cause The tap sensor's sensitivity is low.
Solution Adjust the sensitivity.

The microSD card is not recognized by the unit.
Cause The microSD card is not inserted correctly.
Solution Turn off the power of the unit, and then insert the microSD card again.
You cannot hear any sound.
Cause The sound volume is too low.
Solution Adjust the sound volume.
