Starting the cooking process

INFORMATION!
During the cooking process, you can change the SYSTEM, TEMPERATURE, and TIMER
FUNCTIONS.
INFORMATION!
If no timer function is selected, cooking time will appear on the display unit.

program.
During program operation, the dash above the key will be lit more brightly
(will be fully illuminated).
When the set temperature is reached,

Steam injection
INFORMATION!
This function can be used if you selected a system with steam
injection.
The function can only be started after 10 minutes of oven operation (the
dash above the key will be partly/dimly lit). When you confirm the function,

Fill the water tank (see chapter Filling the water tank). Then, touch

When the cooking process is complete, EnnP will appear on the display
unit. Remove the food from the oven and insert the all-purpose deep
baking pan into the 5th rack guide. Touch the
tank emptying process. When the process is complete, remove the baking
tray with water from the oven and wipe the oven dry.

While this function is active, you may hear the sound of the pump,
