5 Installation Procedure
Description
Supplies power to the PG encoder.
Input for the B phase sine-wave from the PG encoder.
• Max. input frequency: 20 kHz
• Input signal differential: B+ – B–
0.6 V to 1.2 V
Input for the D pulse sine-wave from the PG encoder.
Input signal differential: D+ – D–
0.6 V to 1.2 V
Outputs a ratio of the B phase frequency.
• Output method: Line driver
• Output voltage: RS-422 level
• Possible resolution:1/n
Set F1-06 to monitor the pulse signal.
Varies by drive model.
Ground terminal for shielded cable.
