Maintaining the silencer and exhaust system
Depending on the fuel, oil and mixture ratio used, carbon deposit or soot may accumulate in the silencer and
exhaust system. This may cause a decrease in the performance of the device. In order to restore the previous performance, it is
necessary to hand over the
device to the manufacturer's authorised service centre.
Lubricating the gear mechanism (X)
Open the cover of the gear mechanism and add lubricant, solid gear grease or oil with viscosity class SAE 20W-50, depending on
the lubricant that was used to lubricate the gear in the factory.
The lubricant should be replenished every 20 working days, assuming that the hammer has been running for approx. 3-4 hours
each day.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

Move the device by grasping the handle. In the case of transport over longer distances, attach the device, e.g. with belts, so that
it does not move during transport. The device can also be transported in the unit packaging in which the device was delivered.
During transport, the fuel tank must be emptied and the sparking plug cable must be disconnected. This will prevent the device
from being started unintentionally.
Store the device in places protected against precipitation and access by unauthorised persons, especially children. The place of
storage should be shaded and well-ventilated due to the possibility of fuel vapour accumulation. Before storing the device, empty
the fuel tank.
During the transport and storage of the hammer, remove the insertion tool.
