4.3.4 TWO SPEED OPERATION

(REQUIRES TWO SPEED RELAY # 6769)
4.3.4.(A) POOL AND SPA COMBINATION
• HIGH SPEED (Filter Pump)
must be turned ON before LOW
SPEED.
• FILTER PUMP and SPA selections
turns setting to HIGH SPEED.
4.3.4.(B) POOL ONLY OR SPA ONLY
• FILTER PUMP selection turns on
HIGH SPEED.
• AUX 2 turns on LOW SPEED.
4.3.4.(C) DUAL EQUIPMENT
• AquaLink RS 2/6 operates
similarly to Pool/Spa Only.
• Low speed is enabled for the spa
pump only.
4.3.4.(D) TWO SPEED PROGRAMMING (ALL UNITS)
Programming can be set to operate
both HIGH and LOW speeds
together.
NOTE: Both high and low speeds
are not required for programming.
If only LOW SPEED is programmed,
HIGH SPEED will turn on during this
time to prime the pump. After three (3)
minutes, the system will switch to LOW
SPEED for the remainder of the
programmed time.

• LOW SPEED (AUX 2) toggles
between LOW and HIGH.
• Press non-activated speed to
toggle.
• Last mode used turns OFF the
speed.
• To run pool pump at low speed an
auxiliary must be assigned.
• HIGH SPEED (Filter Pump) is the
total duration of filtration time and
LOW SPEED (AUX 2) operates
within this duration.
For example: If High Speed is set
for 12 hours (i.e. 8 AM to 8 PM),
then Low Speed will be set for 10
hours (i.e. 10 AM to 8 PM).
