9.3 Maintenance Schedule

IMPORTANT! For chain saw maintenance requirements,

IMPORTANT! For more information, see the engine
manufacturer's manual.
Complete maintenance tasks at the specified time or hour
interval, whichever comes first.
Task
Check the condition of all
hydraulic lines, hoses and
fittings.
Remove any entangled
material from splitter.
Check that all fasteners are
tight.
Check the engine oil level.
Check the fuel level.
Clean around the muffler and
controls.
Check the hydraulic fluid
level.
Inspect the hydraulic fluid
quality.
Grease the frame slide,
hinges, and pivot points.
Grease the axle bearings.
Check the tire pressure.
Change the hydraulic fluid
and filter.
Clean the machine.
Service the exhaust system.
Clean the engine air filter .

Change the engine oil.
Replace the engine spark
plug.
Service the engine cooling
system.
Service the engine fuel
system.
Change the engine air filter.
