Puma 3 stopped cutting

1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
February 14, 2025

The GCC Technologies Puma III Series may have stopped cutting due to several possible reasons:

1. Pause Mode Activated – The cutter may be in pause mode. Press the PAUSE/RESUME button to continue the cutting process.
2. On/Off Line Mode – The cutter might be in OFFLINE mode. Switch it to ONLINE mode to resume cutting.
3. Blade Force or Speed Settings – Incorrect force or speed settings may cause cutting issues. Adjust these settings using the FORCE or SPEED buttons.
4. Media Placement Issues – Ensure the media is correctly placed, and the lever is in the correct position.
5. Data Buffer Full – The buffer memory may be full. Use the DATA CLEAR button to clear it.
6. Driver or Software Issues – If the driver is not installed correctly or outdated, reinstall or update the driver.
7. Interference with Moving Parts – Ensure there are no obstructions near the carriage or drums.
8. Power Issues – Verify that the power cable is properly connected and the machine is powered on.

Check these factors to identify and resolve the issue.
