Gas valve is off
Fuel tank is low/empty
Orifice is blocked
Air in supply system or
recently swapped cylinder
Loose connection
Igniter doesn't spark
Low gas pressure
with full tank
Cylinder valve on
but no gas flow
Pressure is low
Fuel is low
Gas hose is kinked
Carbon deposit on
reflector/emitter screen
Blockage in burner
assembly causes thick

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Turn gas valve on
Refill LPG tank
Clean orifice
Purge air from lines: open gas lines and
depress control knob for up to 2 minutes
Check/tighten all fittings
Change igniter battery
Check igniter cable connection on back of igniter
Replace cylinder or regulator
Replace hose/regulator assembly
Replace LPG tank
Refill LPG tank
Straighten or replace gas hose
Clean components as needed
Thoroughly clean burner
