Power Over Ethernet (PoE) Device
2.3.1
DC-DC PoE
The Power over Ethernet (PoE) power injector provides power to the wireless terminal
using spare conductors on the Ethernet cable. The power input may be 10-30 VDC. All
Ethernet conductors are isolated (ETH and PoE) and have surge protection circuitry.
Ethernet Port
Connect this port to to the local 10/100Base-T network device. Data signals are passed
transparently between this port and the PoE port.
PoE Port
Connect this port to to the cable leading to the Connect-OW wireless terminal Ethernet
port.
