Boiler
Clean the boiler as indicated in its accompanying instructions,
especially to maintain all the original combustion characteristics.
LIGHT OIL OPERATION
Filters
Check the filtering baskets on line and at nozzle present in the
system.
Clean or replace if necessary.
If rust or other impurities are observed inside the pump, use a
separate pump to lift any water and other impurities that may
have deposited on the bottom of the tank.
Nozzles
It is advisable to replace nozzles once a year during periodical
maintenance.
Do not clean the nozzle openings.
Flexible hoses
Check to make sure that the hoses are still in good condition.
Fuel tank
Approximately every 5 years, suck any water on the bottom of the
tank using a separate pump.
Combustion
If the combustion values measured before starting maintenance
do not comply with applicable Standards or do not indicate
efficient combustion, consult the table below or contact our
Technical Support Service to implement the necessary
adjustments.

GAS OPERATION
Gas leaks
Make sure that there are no gas leaks on the pipe between the
gas meter and the burner.
Gas filter
Change the gas filter when it is dirty.

efficient combustion, consult the table below or contact our
Technical Support Service to implement the necessary
adjustments.

Flame sensor removal

To remove the flame sensor 1)(Fig. 37) it is necessary to:
 disconnect it from the power supply;
 loosen the screws 2) and rotate everything in order to extract
it from its support.

The safety components must be replaced at the end of their life
cycle indicated in Tab. O. The specified life cycles do not refer to
the warranty terms indicated in the delivery or payment
conditions.
