11. To settle a batch,
press BATCH
SETTLEMENT
in the Reports
Menu.
Note: all
Reports
must be
printed
before
closing the
batch.
Reports
cannot be
printed after
the batch
has been
closed.
12. Press ALL
HOST to close
both Debit and
Credit batches.
If you wish to
close Debit only,
press DEBIT. If
you wish to view
Credit only,
press CREDIT.
13. This screen will
display the Sales
Total for this
Batch (in this
case $150). To
confirm this,
press YES to
access the next
screen.
14. This screen will
display the
Refund Total for
this Batch (in this
case $25). To
confirm this,
press YES to
access the next
screen.

REGLEMENT

et de crédit. Si
vous souhaitez
clôturer le débit
seulement,
touchez le DÉBIT.
Si vous souhaitez
regarder le crédit
seulement,
touchez le
CRÉDIT.

SALES TOTAL
ventes se
montent pour ce
