1.7 Pre-Auth Force Post (Credit Only) / Preautor Trans Force (Crédit Seulement)
A Pre-Auth Force Post is a transaction used to ensure that any outstanding Pre-Auth Requests can be closed after the
Batch Close and is only available to Merchants with the Generic Credit Plan. The Terminal maintains record of the
Pre-Auth Request for five days. The Pre-Auth Force Post is also used to resend a Pre-Auth Completion message that
may not have been approved by the credit host due to a communications failure.
