Normally the engine can be started within three pushes with
electric starter. Keep the Choke Knob in "START" position for
only 2 pushes. After second push, push the Choke Knob into
the "RUN" position for up to the next 3 pushes.
The electric starter (optional equipment) is equipped with an

over-temperature sensor that will shut down the electric starter
automatically when the engine temperature is very high unless
it became cool.

The generator equipped with the electric starter (optional
equipment) and Gen-mate unit (optional equipment) also can
be started by Gen-mate APP in smartphones as follows:
