not want to carry the repairs after the inspection of the unit, the inspection fees will not be
refunded to the customer.
8. The decision of CARL will be final as to whether to affect the repair or replace parts at the new
site or location.
9. Any loss of refrigerant due to sabotage,manhandling/mishandling, wrong installation/reinstallation
by the user/unauthorized service provider or damage caused due to accidents, fires, floods or
earthquakes etc. or for any other reason or any corrosive action on refrigerant pipes, fitting, valves
etc. (this shall include air pollution and emissions from sewage etc.) detected by CARL authorized
service person, is not covered under Warranty.
10. All the plastic parts including but not limited to grills, side panels, front louvers etc. and accessories
such as voltage stabilizer, water tank etc. or any kind of aesthetic/decorative material are not
covered under Warranty.
11. In case of any damage or misuse of this air-conditioning product or its installation, reinstallation,
repairs or services done by unauthorized service provider, the Warranty will be null and void and
any repairs done will be subject to availability of parts and on chargeable basis only.
12. None of the employees and/or CARL authorized dealers have the authority whatsoever to vary
the terms and conditions of this Warranty.
13. CARL shall provide three free preventive maintenance services to the customer during Warranty
period. However, customer need to call CARL Service helpline to avail these free services and
on calling first time, customer shall provide date of invoice and CARL authorized dealer name
from where product has been purchased.
14. This Warranty is in the nature of and for the purposes set forth herein above and in particular,
the CARL shall not in any event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss
or damage to either the Customer and/ or his property or any other third party in course of
attending to any complaint. If customer shall not avail three free services, then automatically
services will expire upon completion of comprehensive Warranty period of 15months from date
of invoice or 12 months from date of commissioning, whichever is earlier.
15. If the customer fails to meet the payment terms, CARL shall suspend the performance of its
Warranty obligations until Payment of this air-conditioning product has been received by the
CARL authorized dealer or CARL Company, itself.
