NOTE: ENSURE BEFORE START:
1. Unit should connect with stable and rated incoming power supply (3-phase, 400V AC +/-10%,
50Hz).
2. Proper Earth connection should provide to the unit.
3. All wiring and wire size should be chosen as per specification.
4. Communication wire should not same as used for powering indoor unit.
5. Communication wire should MUST not clubbed with power wire.
6. Communication wire shield should not connect with unit Earth.
7. Communication wire shield should connect any one side on PCB GND on communication port
(either Indoor or outdoor PCB).
8.5 DO'S AND DON'TS FOR DATA COMMUNICATION
Do's:
• Always connect wires in right polarity (all the 'A' terminals together and all the 'B' terminals together.)
• Always use SHIELDED TWISTED PAIR CABLE for data communication.
• Always use good quality cable for data communication.
• Always use correct size of cable (1 mm square) for data communication.
• Always cross power and data Cable at 90º Angle to avoid interference.
• Always keep distance (minimum 6 inches) in power and data communication line if need to run
parallel.
Don'ts:
• Never connect cross connection on communication port A to B point.
• Never short communication ports as it will damage these ports.
• NEVER CONNECT POWER SUPPLY (HIGH VOLTAGE) ON COMMUNICATION PORTS ON PCB,
AS IT WILL DAMAGE THESE PORTS
• Never tie communication cable with power cable or refrigerant pipes.
• Never lay your cable next to other electrical cables or other electrical sources of interference to avoid
interference in communication.
