For replacing blower motor capacitor:
1. Turn off unit power supply.
2. Unscrew and remove base pan.
3. Remove capacitor connection, un-strap capacitor, replace capacitor, re-strap & rewire the
capacitor.
4. Reassemble the unit.
11.2.4.1 LP / HP trip check
LP / HP trip in the unit can be determined with a tester because a tester is used for 220V AC.
Note: Ensure that wire insulation should not be tightened under the terminal block screw. This would
hinder the continuity and the system will always show a trip.
11.2.4.2 FILTER DRIER
1. Turn off unit power supply.
2. Unscrew & remove cover box wiring & disconnect fan motor electrical connections.
3. Purge the refrigerant slowly so that oil should not come out with refrigerant.
4. Remove fan deck.
5. Unbolted the filter drier & replace it.
6. Reassemble the unit.
7. Vacuum the refrigerant circuit and then charge refrigerant.
11.2.5 LIQUID LINE SERVICE VALVE
This valve is located immediately ahead of filter drier provided with a field charging connection. In
combination with suction line service valve, the refrigerant circuit can be pumped down into the
condenser side for servicing.
11.2.6 SUCTION LINE SERVICE VALVE
This valve is located just before the suction of compressor, provided with field charging connection.
11.2.7 COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT
For any compressor replacement full Oil is to be drained out from system, flash the system and charge
extra Oil- FV-50S amount in accumulator through inlet connection.
Standard terminal screw to be used for compressor, don't use local available screw it may damage
compressor terminal. Details are mentioned below -
