ROPE USAGE
Before using the Ropes (No. 52), flip the
Handlebar (No. 6) up. Attach the Ropes
(No. 52) on the A or B or C position on
Handlebar (No. 6). Now you can use the
Ropes (No. 52) in sitting or standing
position.
Different levels of resistance can be
achieved by changing the position of
Ropes (No. 52). Position A has the lowest
resistance,
position
B
has
middle
resistance,
position
C
has
highest
resistance.
The Rollers (No. 50) follow the direction of
Ropes (No. 52), it can rotate 360 degrees.
