2 : GENERAL SAFETY RULES

Important information

DANGER: There is a risk of fire if cleaning is not performed according to the instructions
in this manual.
DANGER: Risk of fire due to spontaneous combustion of oil and fat fumes. Avoid reusing
oil, as used oil may contain organic residues which make spontaneous combustion more
likely.
DANGER: Do not place flammable products or objects soaked with flammable products
in, on or near the appliance.
DANGER: Users with a pacemaker must maintain a minimum distance of 30 cm from the
induction cooking zones when the appliance is in operation. Consult your doctor on the
use of induction hobs.
DANGER: If you notice any damage on the surface of the hob, disconnect the unit
immediately from the power supply to avoid electric shock.
DANGER: Do not make any changes to the unit.
DANGER: Pay attention, the edges of the panel are sharp.
CAUTION: Use only the hob protectors designed by the manufacturer of the appliance or
the hob protectors built into the appliance. The use of inadequate protection may cause
accidents.
CAUTION: Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning operation, the appliance
must be disconnected from the power supply.
CAUTION: Make sure that the data on the hob nameplate are compatible with the power
supply of the house in which it is to be installed, otherwise consult a qualified technician.
