Specifying a fully qualified domain name
The Viewer application must be installed before adding the server to the
domain. To change the machine name of the capture platform to a fully
qualified domain name, do the following.
1 Open the SQL Query Analyzer
2 Open the Eware database server.
3 Open the EyretelSite database.
4 Expand the EyretelSite node and the User Tables node.
5 Navigate to the dbo.SystemServer node, right click on the node, and
click Open to open the table.
