Type **** to exit from the overlay.
Log off the M1, M1 IE, or Succession CSE 1000 switch.
To configure Voice Services ports
Overlay 11 is used to configure Voice Services ports. You configure Voice
Services ports when you are commissioning the card for the first time, and if you
are upgrading the card to increase the number of ports. If you are adding new
ports, you must stop the Voice Services service.

The number of Voice Services ports configured must exactly match the
number of keycoded Voice Services ports.
Log on to the M1, M1 IE, or Succession CSE 1000 switch.
Load Overlay 11 by typing LD 11 at the prompt.
Respond to the prompts as shown in the following table. If a prompt
appears that is not in the table, press Enter to accept the default value:
Response Description
0 Customer number
YES Enables agent ID. This mode allows
agents to specify an agent ID when
logging on to a set.
0001 Agent ID Lower Boundary. The lowest
Agent ID that can log on to the queue. Set
to a low value to allow more valid agent
IDs.
9999 Agent ID Upper Boundary. The highest
Agent ID that can log on to the queue. Set
to a high value to allow more valid agent
IDs.
XXXX Login Maximum. The maximum number of
agents that can be logged on at any one
time.
